She lives in the Chicago area with her husband, Brent, two children, Clara and Connor, and the family’s two dogs.

Kristin Franke spent 5 years as the youth director at Union Church in Hong Kong. She graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary in May 2015, and currently works at the seminary. In her free time, she plays and coaches ultimate Frisbee.
Marcus A. Hong is a child of God, the Director of Field Education and Assistant Professor of Practical Theology at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, a PhD Candidate in Christian Education and Formation at Princeton Theological Seminary, and a cultivator of worship who has served in congregations, college chapels, and youth groups for over fifteen years. A lover of movies, fantasy literature, poetry and songwriting, Marcus and his wife Sarah have their hands blessedly full raising two precocious children.

After a decade in ministry, Kate Obermueller Unruh began a PhD in Practical Theology at Princeton Theological Seminary. Her work as a research assistant on The Confirmation Project, with funding from The Lily Endowment, Inc., ignited her passion for the formation of young people. Her own research focuses on confirmation practices within the United Methodist Church, in which Kate is in the process of becoming ordained.

Rev. Seth M. Vopat is a writer and American Baptist ordained member of the clergy who currently works as an associate pastor in the Kansas City area.
