Carmelle Beaugelin, Program Coordinator

Carmelle (she/her) is the program coordinator at the Institute for Youth Ministry. She is the project lead for the first iteration of the Log College Project and launched the Design Incubator program in Trenton. Funded by the Lilly Endowment, Inc., these programs have helped congregations design, test, and implement new forms of youth and young adult ministry in their contexts. Carmelle has served as a ministry co-creator for social entrepreneurship start-ups and as an innovation coach for congregations and Christian leaders through Ministry Incubators. She is a graduate of Southeastern University and Princeton Theological Seminary. When she is not working alongside teenagers and youth ministry practitioners, Carmelle uses her theological training and large-scale visual artistry to bridge the gaps between culture, pneumatology, spirituality, and the arts.
