Lesson 3: Making the first steps toward Sabbath practice.

If we follow the very first verses of the very first book in the Bible, and if we assume that those who put Scripture together placed this creation story at the beginning for good reason, then we must recognize that Sabbath rest lies at the very dawn of the relationship between God, humans, the rest of creation.
